Problem:
The lamp will not turn on.
Solution:
Connect the power cable ,the blue indicator light turns on, revolve the protection
anticlockwise to take it off. Press
on/off
button (or press the tele-controller) the indicator change
into light, the lamp will raise automatically, indicator twinkling at the same time, and disinfection
will start in the next 10 seconds, UV
lamp working time setting at 30 minutes.
Please insure the bulb tube is inserted correctly and steadily, Turn off the power and check the bulb
tube again.
Problem:
The product works well but out of remote control.
Solution:
Please check the battery of the controller is assembled in the right position and still have
power or not.
