UNPACKING

This product requires assembly
Carefully remove the product and any accessories from 
the box.  Makes sure that all items listed in the packing 
list are included. Inspect the product carefully to make 
sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.

1  Centering Bit (Steel) ( .25 inch x 2 1/2) (1)

 9   Wood Screws (#8 1 inch) (6)

2  Centering Tool (PVC) (1)

10  Alignment Plate (PVC) (1)

3  Center Pins (PVC/Steel) (3)

11  Slide Plate (PVC) (1)

4  Alignment Pin (Steel) (1)

12  Fender Washer (4)

5  Slide Plate Brackets (PVC) (2)

13  Hex Nuts (1/4" x 20) (4)

6  Brackets (Metal) (3)

14  Hex Key (5/32 SA) (1)

7  Lock Down Knob (1)
8  Mounting/Lock Down Bolts-1/4 inch (6)

ASSEMBLY

15  Safety Stops (PVC) (2)

Do not discard the packing material until you have 
carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated the 
product. If any parts are damaged or missing, please
