 Setup

SANITATION PROCEDURES

Your machine has been specially designed for easy disassembly without tools.  
Refer to the recommended cleaning and sanitation interval table on the final page 
of this section.  For each item, complete the procedure as outlined here.

FOOD-CONTACT PARTS

NOTE

All food-contact parts must be cleaned and sanitized.  Air dry, 
do not wipe dry.

Canisters - Empty and wash the canisters, augers, and spouts.  Sanitize with hot 
water and allow to air dry completely before returning to cabinet.

Mixing Bowls - The inside of all mixing bowls can be rinsed as follows:

CAUTION

Place a cup or other suitable container below the dispensing nozzles to catch 
the HOT rinse water.

Beverage Discharge Nozzles - Disconnect the beverage dispensing tube from 
the nozzles.  Remove the nozzles from the mounting bracket.  Remove the cap 
from the nozzle, wash clean and sanitize the nozzles and cap.
