WARNING: 

Do not use this heater if any part has been under water.  Immediately contact Crane 
Customer Care or a qualified electrician to inspect or replace the heater if 
necessary.  Keep plastic wrapping away from children. 
 
 
UNPACKING YOUR HEATER 

1.

Open packaging carefully & remove the packing materials. 

2.

Remove and discard the plastic bag 



Please be responsible when handling the packing materials 

3.

We recommend to keep the original packaging for future transport and/or 
storage of the fireplace heater 

 
 
OVERHEAT PROTECTION 
This heater has an internal, over-heating safety device which automatically switches 
the heater off if an over-heat situation is detected.  If this should occur, unplug the 
heater and wait until it cools completely.  Ensure the intake vent on the bottom of 
the heater is free of dust and lint.  Once verified to be clear, the heater can be 
turned back on. 
 
 
 
RESETTING YOUR HEATER 

1.

Turn off heater using the control knob 

2.

Unplug from outlet and wait 5 minutes 

3.

Clean intake vent cover on the bottom of the heater 

4.

Plug in and turn on
