connections.
Please clean the battery regularly.
Disconnect the battery from the charging source or load.
Use a damp cloth or non-metallic brush to clean the top and connections of the battery.
Wipe the battery dry with a clean cloth, and keep the battery area clean and dry.
Make sure that the battery is completely dry before reactivating and/or reconnecting it to a
charging source or load.
Please keep the terminals and plugs free from corrosion. Corrosion of terminals will affect
battery performance and bring safety hazards.
Please check the battery voltage regularly to evaluate the battery condition. Use it
periodically at least once a year to maintain battery capacity and calibrate the state of
charge.
3.8 Battery storage/overwintering
Please follow the tips below to ensure that the battery is in good condition:
Before long-term storage, please charge the battery to 60%-80% and store the battery pack
in a cool and dry place.
Disconnect the battery from the device to eliminate any parasitic loads that may discharge
the battery.
Handle the battery carefully, do not pierce, drop, squeeze, burn, penetrate, shake or hit the
battery.
Charge the battery at least once every 3 months to avoid over-discharge. It is recommended
to charge the battery to approximately 60%-80% of its capacity
Please keep the battery away from water, heat, sparks and harmful chemicals.
Do not immerse the bag in water or throw it away in the fire.
Do not place the package in high temperature or direct sunlight.
When leaving the factory, the battery has been charged to 90%. Due to the long
transportation time, the voltage may be too low. It is recommended that you fully charge
the battery before using it.
Temperatures below -20°C will not damage the battery. However, it is usually necessary to
ensure that very cold batteries are slowly adapted to the ambient temperature. Rapid
heating can cause condensation to form inside the case and damage the battery.
