My Digipigi apps do not
respond any more, or only
respond partially
Please restart the Digipigi apps and Digipigi money box. Please make sure that
you have the latest version of both Digipigi apps. Note: For security reasons,
the Digipigi apps and the Digipigi only work fully with your home WiFi.
Can the Digipigi Parents
app only be installed on one
smartphone and the Digipigi
Kids app only on one smart-
phone or tablet
at the same time?
Yes, for each Digipigi money box both the Digipigi Parents app and the Digipigi
Kids app can be installed on only one smartphone or tablet at the same time.
Note: Make sure that you have downloaded the latest software for the Digipigi money box
and the Digipigi Parents and Kids apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
