Hold down

 the key to be pro-

grammed, e.g. 

 (min. 3 sec-

onds) until it starts flashing rapidly. It 

then flickers slowly (= heating up)

Coffee output starts. When your cup 

is full enough 

press the key again

– output stops and all keys light up 

again

Output quantity on first start-up

 (= factory setting): 

 Ristretto 30 ml (= «small» cup) 

 Espresso 50 ml (= «medium» cup)

 Lungo/Tea 110 ml (= «large» cup)

Energy-saving mode

 is automatically activated if no key is pressed for 60 seconds 

(key 

 slowly flickers light/dark).

To shut it off permanently (e.g. during vacations), pull out the power plug.
