The
Status
LED on the operating panel is blinking red.
Suggestions
This event occurs when one of the scanner safety switches is activated.
•
Switch the scanner
OFF
, then
ON
. After 30 seconds (in
EverSmart
Pro II
and
EverSmart Supreme
, approximately after 15 seconds),
verify that the
Status
LED is a constant green.
•
Check that the base glass is installed correctly.
•
Check that the front panel is installed correctly.
•
Check that the top cover is installed correctly.
•
If none of the suggested actions solve the problem, contact your
service center.
