Configuring Media Settings
Up to five media configurations can be set. To configure media:
1. In
the
Media Settings
pane of the “Events and Servers” configuration page,
click
Add.
The “Media Settings” page opens.

2. In
the
Media Name:
text entry box, enter a unique name for the media.
3. Click one of the following
Media Type
radio buttons:
Snapshot, Video Clip,
or
System Log.
4. Configure the selected media type by entering the desired information:

configuration:
Source:
Select the source of the stream:
Stream 1
or
Stream 2.
Send pre-event image(s) [0-7]:
Enter the number of pre-event images to be
sent. Valid values range from 0 to 7.
Send post-event image(s) [0-7]:
Enter the number of post-event images to
be sent. Valid values range from 0 to 7.
File name prefix:
Enter the prefix to be added to the file name of the
snapshot images.
Add date and time suffix to file name:
Select the checkbox to add time and
date information as a suffix to the file name.
