properly attached.

Verify that DM connections
are properly attached.
Source LED’s do
not illuminate.
Sources are not
transmitting signals.
Verify source operation.
Intermittent or no
audio output.
Poor cable connection.
Verify all cable connections.
Loss of
functionality due
to electrostatic
discharge.
Improper grounding.
Check that all ground
connections have been
made properly.
