Avoiding Damage to the
Product!
• Avoid water, oil, pot holes and very rough
surfaces.
Assembly
(Images are examples for all
product variations)
The product is delivered folded up in its transport
condition. To make it ready to ride, proceed as
follows:
Unfold (Fig. A)
1. Pull the clamping lever (2) up and hold in
place.
2. Pull the lever (1) up, then release the clamping
lever (2) and unfold the steering post (3) until
it locks into place.
Attach handlebars (Fig. B)
1. Remove the grips (6) from the brackets (7).
2. Lift the cover flap (8).
3. Press the locking knobs (9) down on the
grips and push the grips on both sides into
the T-tube (11) of the steering column. The
locking knobs must snap into place audibly
into the holes (10) provided.
4. Press the cover flap down over the locking
knobs.
Adjusting the steering post
height (Fig. C)
The steering post can be adjusted to
four different heights. Only use the
product after clicking the locking button
into one of the four holes and securing
the steering post with the quick-release
fastener!
1. Loosen the quick release (12) on the steer-
ing column (13).
2. Pull the steering column upwards, until the
locking knob (14) locks into place in one of
the four holes (15).
3. Secure the steering column by locking the
quick release.
Steering head bearing (Fig. D)
The steering head bearing is preset at the time
of delivery. in the event that the handlebars have
too much play after some time or become too
stiff, have the steering head bearing adjusted by
a speciality retailer or a bicycle shop.
To return the Product to its
Transport Condition
1. Loosen the quick release (12) on the steering
column (13) and press the locking knob (14)
(Fig. C).
2. Push the steering column all the way down
and lock the quick release (12) (Fig. C).
3. Lift the cover flap (8) (Fig. B).
4. Press the locking knobs (9) of the grips and
pull the grips (6) out of the T-tube (11) (Fig.
B).
5. Attach the grips to the brackets (7) (Fig. B).
6. Pull the clamping lever (2) up and hold in
place (Fig. E). Pull the lever (1) up, then
release the clamping lever (2) (Fig. F).
7. Move the steering post toward the deck until it
locks into place (Fig. G).
Use
Riding, braking, parking
(Fig. H)
• Put one leg on the deck (16) and give
momentum by regularly pushing off with the
other leg
• Step on the brake plate (17) to brake.
• Swing out the stand (18) to park. The item
may only be parked on a level surface.
