How to Use 

WARNING: BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME, WIPE THE COOKING PLATES WITH 

SOFT, DAMP CLOTH AND DRY. DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT IN WATER OR OTHER 

LIQUID. DO NOT RUN WATER DIRECTLY ONTO THE COOKING SURFACES. 
 
NOTE: WHEN THE GRILL IS HEATED FOR THE FIRST TIME, IT MAY EMIT SLIGHT 

SMOKE OR ODOR. THIS IS NORMAL WITH MANY HEATING APPLIANCES. 

 
CAUTION: WHEN OPERATING THE GRILL, USE THE HANDLE ONLY FOR PRESSING THE 

FOOD PLACED ON THE LOWER NON-STICK PLATE. DO NOT USE THE HANDLE TO LIFT 
THE UNIT. WHEN LIFTING THE UNIT, ALWAYS USE TWO HANDS.

1.

 

Place the grill on a dry, level, heat resistant surface. 

2.

 

Turn the temperature control to desired temperature. 

PANINI MAKER 

a.

 

Close the grill and plug into electrical outlet. Power and ready light 
will turn on, indicating the grill is heating. 

b.

 

When the grill reaches the selected temperature, the ready light will 

turn off. 

c.

 

Open the grill and place food on the bottom cooking plate. 

d.

 

Close the grill. The ready light will turn on. 

e.

 

Cook for 3 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. When the grill reaches 
the selected temperature, the ready light will turn off. 

NOTE: Longer cooking may be necessary for food such as raw meat even 

after the ready light turns off. 

f.

 

Use the handle and open the grill. Remove food using plastic utensils. 

Never use metal tongs or knife on non-stick cooking surfaces. 
Damages may occur.

Pull the Handle Control Button and open the grill 180

Plug into electrical outlet. Power and ready light will turn on, 

indicating the grill is heating.

When the grill reaches the selected temperature, the ready light will

Place food on the cooking plates.  The ready light will turn on. 

NOTE: Both drain cups must be positioned to catch any oil or fluids from 

cooked foods.

When the grill reaches the selected temperature, the ready light will 

turn off. 

NOTE: Longer cooking may be necessary for food such as raw meat even 
after the ready light turns off.

Remove food using plastic utensils. Never use metal tongs or knife on 

non-stick cooking surfaces. Damages may occur. 

3.

 

When finished cooking, disconnect plug from electrical outlet. Leave the 

grill open for cooling.
