concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

follow these safety distances!

The quartz tubes of this appliance must not point upwards towards the ceiling. They must face the area they are
meant to heat.

WARNING! In order to avoid overheating do not cover the appliance.

Do not use the appliance if there are any visible signs of damage.

Never attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions of this appliance, as it doesn’t contain any
user serviceable parts. Only a qualified electrician is allowed to perform service and repairs on the appliance.
Attempting to repair the appliance yourself will void the warranty.

If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician.

Do not handle the quartz tubes with bare hands. If it is inadvertently touched, remove finger marks with a soft
cloth and methylated spirits or alcohol, otherwise the marks will burn into the quartz tube causing malfunction.

Never attempt to replace the quartz tube yourself.

This appliance is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Do not operate the appliance in direct sunlight, near heat
sources, in humid environment or in places near water or other liquids such as bathrooms, showers or swimming
pools.

The appliance must not be left outdoors exposed to the elements for long periods of time.

Do not operate with wet hands or spill water or other liquids on the appliance, its cable or plug.

Do not run the cable under carpeting. Do not cover the cable with rugs, runners or similar coverings. Arrange the
cable away from foot traffic and where it will not be tripped over.

damage to the appliance.
