Never try to repair or modify the device by yourself. Avoid contact with the mains
supply. The device does not carry current only when disconnected. The device is
not approved for outdoor use. Therefore, please use it only in dry surroundings.
Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Do not expose the device to high
temperatures.
Do not expose the device to sudden changes in temperature or heavy vibrations,
as this could damage the electronic components. Check the device for any damage
before using it. The device should not be used if it has been subject to impact or
has been damaged in any other way.
Please follow the national regulations and restrictions. Do not use the device for

The microphone is not
recognised
• Please check if the connected microphone is
faulty.
• Please check if the microphone is connected to
the correct port.
• Please check if the microphone is enabled in the
computer's system settings.
No sound can be heard
after connecting the
device
• Please check if the headset and microphone
are connected to the USB sound card. (Please
connect the headset and microphone properly.)

Open the Control panel → Volume. Change all
the default settings on the USB sound card.
The volume control,
the "equalizer" and the
"microphone" buttons
are not working
•
The two buttons and the controller will not work
if you use a USB headphone/headset. These
functions are enabled only for devices with 3.5
mm jack.
