under MS-DOS and under Windows 95, 98, or NT.
Calibrating under MS-DOS
To calibrate the touchscreen on computers running MS-DOS,
follow these steps:
Important
For computers running MS-DOS, the calibration utility
requires a keyboard and involves calibrating the touch-
screen for text and graphics.
1. Enter MS-DOS mode and change to the C:\TOUCH\DOX
directory.
2. Start the touchscreen calibration program by typing
TOUCHCFG
.
3. Type
C
for Calibration. When the next screen appears, you
will be calibrating video mode 80 x 25 Text (2, 3).
4. Type
C
again for Calibrate.
5. Place your finger on the square on the screen and hold until
you hear a beep. Follow the instructions on the screen by
touching each square as it appears — there will be three
squares altogether.
6. Type
V
to select a new video mode.
7. Type
0
for the 640 x 480 16 color Graphics mode.
8. Press Enter.
9. Type
C
for Calibrate.
10. Follow the instructions on the screen by touching each square
as it appears — there will be three squares altogether.

V
for video mode.

for 640 x 480 256 color Graphics mode.
13. Press Enter.
14. Type
C
for Calibrate.
15. Follow the instructions on the screen by touching each square
as it appears — there will be three squares all together.
