5.21 Expansion Chassis
Please press 7 to enter "7. SETUP EXTEND BOX ". The menu will display:
CURRENT EXTEND BOX STATE:NO
ADD(A) OR DELETE(D) EXTERN BOX
PLEASE INPUT:A
Enter “A” to add the chassis, Enter “D” to delete the chassis
CURRENT EXTEND BOX STATE:HAVE
5.22 Integral BERT Test
Press 0 to ESC or press '7' from the Main Menu to enter the setup for Integral BERT

Menu Description
*1. FUNCTION
Enable/disable BERT function
2. CHANNEL
Select the channel for BER test
3. PATTERN
Select a BERT pattern
4. ERROR INSERT
Force an error to be inserted
5. RESULT
Display the BER test results
0. EXIT
Return to previous menu

To return to the main menu press either 0 or the ESC key. Press 1, 3-5 to enter the corresponding item.
Press 2 to revise E1 the BERT test channel;

5.22.1 Set BERT Test
In the BERT test menu, press 1 to choose "modify and set BERT test" item, and the menu displays:

*1. STOP
Stop BERT test
2. OFFLINE
offline test
3. ONLINE
Online test
0. EXIT
Return to previous menu

('*' indicates current setting)
Press 1-3 to choose setting, press 0, Enter or ESC to return to upper menu.
Press 1-3 to display this menu again, but the position of '*' is changed with the setting value
5.22.2 Set BERT Test Pattern
In the BERT test menu, press 3 to choose "modify BERT test pattern", and the menu displays:

1. 2^9-1
Select the 2e9 -1 pattern
*2. 2^11-1
Select the 2e11 -1 pattern
3. 2^15-1
Select the 2e15 -1 pattern
0. EXIT
