Mount the winch mount bracket (8) to the 

winch support plates (4) using a hex screw (11) 

and flange lock nut (14) as shown in Figure 4. 

Snug, but do not fully tighten the hardware.

Secure the front of the winch mount 

bracket (8) to the two bumper support 

brackets using two flange lock nuts (15) and 

hex flange lock bolts (10). See Figure 5.

Insert the fairlead mount bracket  (9) with 

the top mounting holes to the inside of the 

front bumper and the lower mounting holes 

outside of the front bumper. See Figure 6.

Secure the fairlead mount bracket (9) onto 

the front bumper using four hex screws (11) 

and four flange lock nuts (14). See Figure 7.

Install the fairlead winch attachment (2) 

onto the fairlead mount bracket (9) with two 

hex screws (11) and two flange lock nuts (14) 

as shown in Figure 8.

Remove either the upper or lower clevis pin in 

the fairlead winch attachment (2) by removing 

the cotter pin and sliding the clevis pin out. 

Feed the hook on the winch (1) through the 

fairlead winch attachment (2).

Reinstall the clevis pin and cotter pin in the 

fairlead winch attachment (2).

11. 

Securely tighten all the hardware.

12. 

Measure 6 feet from the winch control (3) 

down the wire harness and using a 

P-Clamp (18), mount the wire harness to the 

container bracket (7) upper hole with a hex 

screw (19). See Figure 9.

Secure the lower P-clamp (18) and wire 

harness to the lower hole of the container 

bracket (7) with a hex screw (19). See Figure 9.

Install the container bracket (7) to the utility 

vehicle frame under the driver’s seat using 

two hex screws (13). See Figure 10.

Install the panel latch assemblies into the 

underseat storage container (6). Insert 

the spring clip (26) into the compression 

spring (25), push the spring clip (26) and 

compression spring (25) up through the 

hole in the underseat storage container (6) 

pushing up until the 1/4-turn panel latch (17) 

can be hooked onto the spring clip (26). See 

Figure 11. Install both panel latch assemblies 

in the underseat storage container (6).
