Recipes

Ingredients : 2/3 cup of rice, 30g of broccoli, 1.5
cup of water, a pinch of salt
●
Directions
1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Put the rice, 1.5 cups of water and broccoli in the
blender and pulverize them.
2. Put the ingredients into the pot, then place the
inner pot inside the rice cooker, and close the lid.
3. Press the MENU/TASTE CONTROL button to
select 20 minutes in STEAM mode,then press the
PRESSURE/QUICK button.
If cooking without grinding the rice, the water of
porridge can boil over.
The rice gruel can be made with spinach and
carrot other than broccoli.

Ingredients : 2.5 cups of nonglutinous rice
powder, 1 cup of red beans, the amount of salt
and sugar, water (See the directions)

Directions
1. Add 1 tablespoons of water to 2.5cups of
nonglutinous rice powder. Mix and sift them
once, then add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.
2. Boil the red bean until it is dry and pound it, then
add 1/4 tablespoons of salt and 1.5 teaspoon
sugar.
3. Pour 2 cups of water into the inner pot and place
the steam plate. Put an appropriately sized cloth
or korean paper on the plate.
4. Spread 1 cup of red bean paste and put the
nonglutinous rice powder on the paste evenly.
Add
1 cup of red bean paste again on the powder,
then make layers with the remaining ingredients
in the same order.
5. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker, and
close the lid.
6. Press the MENU/TASTE CONTROL button to
select 45 minutes in STEAM mode,then press
the PRESSURE/QUICK button.
Steam Plate (Sold Separately)

Ingredients : 500g of pork, 110ml of soy sauce, 2
tablespoons of sugar, kitchen string
●
five spice : 6 grains of peppercorns, 7cm of
cinnamon, 4 star anise
●
Directions
1.
Tie the pork with kitchen string
to ensure the pork is
cooked properly and it keeps a neat shape.
2. Place the pork in the bowl and marinate in a mixture
of the soy sauce, sugar and five spice.
3. Place the ingredients of 2 in the inner pot and pour 3
cups of water into the pot.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker, and close
the lid.
5. Press the MENU/TASTE CONTROL button to select
60 minutes in STEAM mode,then press the
PRESSURE/QUICK button.
6. Once cooking is completed, take out the pork and
cut the kitchen string with scissors. Cool the sliced
pork with five spice and cut it into 0.2cm thick slices,
then serve on a plate.

Ingredients : 1 crabs, 50g of beef, 1/3 block of
tofu, 1/2 of a red pepper and 1/2 of a green
pepper, 1/2 of egg yolk, a small amount of flour.
●
Directions
1. Wash the crab and separate the crab body from
the central part of the crab.
2. Separate the crab meat from the shells and mince
the meat.
3. Mince the beef and tofu and mix them with the meat
of the crab body.
4. Finely chop the red pepper and the green pepper
and mix them with the egg yolk.
5. Sprinkle the flour in the crab shell and fill the shell
with the ingredients of 3. Spread the mixture of 4
over the top of the filling.
6. Pour 2 cups of water into the inner pot and place
the steam plate. Put the crab shell stuffed with the
filling on the plate.
7. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker, and
close the lid.
8. Press the MENU/TASTE CONTROL
button to
select 30 minutes in STEAM mode,then press the
PRESSURE/QUICK button.
Steam Plate (Sold Separately)
●
Ingredients : 3/4 block of tofu, a pinch of salt
●
sauce :
1 tablespoon of powdered red pepper,1
tablespoon of minced garlic,
1 welsh onion, a pinch
of sesame oil, a small amount of powdered
sesame mixed with salt, a little shredded red
pepper, 3 tablespoons of aged soy sauce
●
Directions
1. Divide the tofu into 2 parts and cut into 1cm thick
slices. Sprinkle salt on the tofu and drain it.
2. Cut the welsh onion into thin strips. Mix the minced
garlic, aged soy sauce, powdered red pepper,
powdered sesame mixed with salt, sesame oil and
shredded red pepper and reserve the sauce.
3. Pour 2 cups of water into the inner pot. Place the
steam plate in the pot and put the sliced tofu on
the plate.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker, and
close the lid.
5. Press the MENU/TASTE CONTROL button to
select 20 minutes in STEAM mode,then press
the PRESSURE/QUICK button.

Once cooking is completed, take out the tofu
and
spread the sauce evenly over the top of tofu.
Steam Plate (Sold Separately)
●
Ingredients : 1 yellow croaker
●
sauce : 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of
powdered red pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic, 1
tablespoon of welsh onions, 2 tablespoons of
cooking wine, 10 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of
sugar
●
Directions
1. Score the back of yellow croaker in 2cm intervals.
2. Make the sauce.
3. Place the yellow croaker in the inner pot and pour
the sauce evenly.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker, and close
the lid.
5. Press the MENU/TASTE CONTROL
button to select
25 minutes in STEAM mode,then press the
PRESSURE/QUICK button.
