Use PAM on the Woopie pie plate and let preheat on the Multi Baker.  Easiest way 
to have uniform size cake halves is to use a disher to scoot your batter into the 
plate.  

 

 

 

Let bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Remove and let 
cool on a rack

 

 

 

In a saucepan, combine milk and flour and let cook, stirring constantly until it 
forms a thick paste.  Remove from burner and let cool.

 

 

 

In a medium bowl, beat sugar and margarine until fluffy.  Add vanilla and when 
thoroughly blended add cooled flour/milk mixture and beat until double in 
volume.

 

 

 

Ice one of the cakes and put another on top to form the sandwich.
