BREAD
FERMENT
300g of wheat flour (strong flour), 5g of yeast, 8g of
sugar, 3g of salt, 23g of butter, 12g of milk powder,
160g of water
[First fermentation]
1. Sift wheat flour (strong flour).
2. Leave butter at the room temperature to make it softer.
3. Put wheat flour (strong flour) into a bowl, put nonfat dry milk,
sugar, yeast, and water, and knead the dough. (Knead the
dough by repeating extending and folding the dough.
Finish when the surface of the dough is smooth and is not
cut, and when the dough can be extended to be thin.)
4. Roll the dough and put it into the center of the Inner Pot.
5. After locking the cover and choosing [BREAD FERMENT] in
the menu/selestion, push
[Pressure Cook/White Rice
Turbo]
button after setting up your desired fermentation time.
[Second fermentation]
1. After the primary fermentation is done, open the lid, lightly
press the dough, and discharge gas.
2. Roll the dough again and put it into the center of the Inner Pot.
3. After locking the cover and choosing [BREAD FERMENT] In
the menu/selestion, push
[Pressure Cook/White Rice Turbo]
button after setting up your desired fermentation time
Second
(40Minutes)
40Minutes OVEN
1. When the fermentation is completed by the ‘BREAD FERMENT’
menu, open the lid to check if the dough is expanded to be
around double the size before the second fermentation.
2. After locking the cover and choosing [OVEN] in the
menu/selestion, push
[Pressure Cook/White Rice Turbo]
button after setting up your desired baking time.
Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup Panko, All purpose flour,
1 egg, 1 tbsp water, 200g boneless chicken fillet
(skinless chicken breast), A pinch of salt, A pinch of
Black pepper
* Sauce
Mix and set aside1 tbsp Mirin, 1 tbsp Sugar, tbsp
Soy Sauce
1. Add flour in a bowl and set aside
2. Prepare another bowl, mix egg and water and whisk it together
3. Sprinkle salt & black pepper on chicken.
4. Coat chicken completely flour and pat off excess.
5. Dip into the egg mixture and add in Panko.
6. Press the panko on the chicken to make sure it sticks well.
7. Place the chicken in the cooker.
8. Select “Oven” function, set 10 mins, and press the
[Pressure Cook/White Rice Turbo]
button to save.
9. Flip the chicken.
10. Select “Oven” function, set 10 mins, and press the
[Pressure Cook/White Rice Turbo]
button to save.
11. Once done, drizzles it with sauce
12. Ready to serve.
Yogurt
Cheese Cake

Ingredients(A)
300g Cream Cheese, 7 spoons sugar,1 cup Yogurt,
3 Large eggs
4 spoons corn starch, 200ml Whipping Cream
Ingredients(B)
20-30 pieces biscuit (mashed), 60g butter
1. Put cream cheese and smash it in bowl
2. Add in 7 spoons of sugar, secondly add in 1 cup of yogurt
3. Mix well & pour in whipping cream
4. Mix well & add in 3 eggs
5. Mix well & mix in corn starch
6. Prepare another bowl and mix well with mashed cookies & butter
7. Apply the butter on the inner pot surface equally
8. Place mixed butter biscuit in the cooker and press firmly as base
9. Pour in mixtures into the pot
10. Select “Oven” function, set 35 mins, and press the
[Pressure Cook/White Rice Turbo]
button to save.
11. Wait it cold before take out rom the pot. For better taste, put it fridge
12. Ready to Serve

ground pepper 1 teaspoon, carrot 1 unit, chestnut 10 units,
