Tomato Salsa
Makes about 1 cup

tablespoons fresh cilantro, stems discarded

large onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

small garlic clove, peeled

jalapeño pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

teaspoon kosher salt

cup grape tomatoes

Put all ingredients, except for the tomatoes, into the container .
Cover and pull to chop, about 6 to 10 pulls .

Add the tomatoes and pull until finely chopped, about 8 to 10 pulls .

Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly .
