Guacamole
Makes about 1 cup

small garlic clove, peeled
½
jalapeño, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

tablespoon fresh cilantro, stems discarded
1
large ripe avocado, pitted and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 to 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice

teaspoon kosher salt

Put the garlic, jalapeño and cilantro into the container .
Cover and pull to chop, about 6 to 8 pulls .

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the remaining
ingredients . Pull to chop to desired consistency, about 8 pulls
for a chunky guacamole .

Taste and adjust seasoning as desired . Serve immediately .
