BROCHETTES DE FRUITS
Pour 6 personnes
210°C
3 bananes
2 mangues
2 ananas Victoria
200 g de farine
4 oeufs battus
200 g de noix de coco
râpée
80 g de sucre en poudre
2 c. à s. de miel
1 citron vert
6 brochettes en Inox
1. Peler les bananes et couper chacune en 4 tronçons.
2. Réserver.
3. Éplucher les mangues et les ananas.
4. Couper 12 gros cubes de chaque. Réserver le reste de chair.
5. Piquer sur les brochettes 6 morceaux de fruits en alternant les variétés.
6. Rouler les brochettes dans la farine puis les plonger dans les oeufs battus.
7. Rouler de nouveau dans un mélange de noix de coco et de sucre. Réserver.
8. Mixer le reste des fruits avec le miel, le zeste et le jus du citron vert. Réserver au frais.
9. Préchauffer l’appareil muni des plaques grill.
10. Rôtir les brochettes sur l’appareil en mode barbecue.
11. Dorer chaque face environ 3 minutes.
12. Servir les brochettes avec le coulis de fruits frais.
Suggestion :
Réaliser aussi des brochettes de fruits du verger avec de la poudre d’amandes.
