ASSEMBLING yOUR Ez3 NANO
1. Slide the steering mast onto the scooter frame. Make sure the silver locking pin engages, then close the quick
release securely to hold the mast in place. See the next section of this manual for more information on properly
tightening quick release clamps.
2. Remove the two bolts holding the top cap onto the steering mast. Lay the handlebar on the steering mast, then replace
the top cap and tighten the two bolts securely and evenly (7Nm (62 in-lbs)). If you need to rotate the handlebar to move
the brakes and throttle to a more comfortable position, simply loosen the two bolts then re-tighten when done.
