The reset LED start-up sequence is a follows:
1. Front panel red Fail LED, front panel green Processor Status LEDs, and surface mount
Status LEDs all illuminated:
– indicates board reset
2. Front panel green Processor Status LEDs are turned off (one node at a time):
– indicates successful initialization of respective node
3. Surface mount green Status LEDs turned off:
– indicates successful initialization of all nodes
4. Front panel red Fail LED
Normal Boot Mode:
– turned off - indicates successful boot and PBIT passed (if PBIT enabled)
– begins flashing - indicates failure
Recovery Boot Mode: flashing
Boot Inhibit Mode: flashing

If the sign-on message is garbled, check that your terminal settings match 115200, 8, N, 1
(115200 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit). Also, ensure that you are using a cable
compatible with those listed in “Cable Requirements” on page 2-6.
