Multiple Job Management
As a dealer you will have multiple customers with multiple installations. Once you have a
CP-3000DA with devices enrolled for a particular installation you can create and download a
system summary file from the CP-3000DA. Using that system summary file you can
configure the CWSite installation in the comfort of your central office.
Note-
The use of
Configuration Manager does not require a license file.

Multiple Jobs Detail Notes and Comments
You may wish to copy the image files that you need for that job into the folder for archiving
purposes. Once they are imported into the database the images are internalized into the
database. You may also wish to copy the system_summary.txt file from the CP-3000DA that
has the enrolled devices for this particular job site. This way you have all the necessary files
in one folder to configure/archive the job. The typical files that you may have in this folder
are shown in the image below.
Using Windows Explorer double click on the copy of
CGCfgMgr.exe
in the created job sub-
folder and it will execute using the local database files.
Delete the installed devices from the default database, leaving only the following three
required devices, the
COM Port
, the
CP-3000DA Panel
and the
CWSite Communications
Monitor
device. Import the system devices and background images and configure the entire
job using the
Configuration Manager
tool as described above. Save your changes and exit
the
Configuration Manager
tool.
