Does NetGenie provide Administrator logs for Auditing Proposes?

Yes. NetGenie provides logs for various admin activities. To view the logs for admin activities, go
to
Logs and Reports
Admin Activity
. The logs are provided for the following admin
activities:
1. Wireless is enabled or disabled
2. A Firewall rule is created or deleted
3. Any Interface is created or updated
4. Any device is whitelisted
5. Signatures upgraded on an appliance
6. Any user is created, updated, deactivated or deleted
7. Any VPN tunnel is created, established, disconnected or deleted
Remote Management
Can I remotely manage my NetGenie appliance(s)?
Yes, you can remotely manage all your NetGenie appliances, by enabling Net
Genie’s on-Cloud
Management Service (NCMS).
To enable NCMS, follow the steps given below:
1. Log in to NetGenie with administrator credentials.
2. Go to
Remote Mgt.
Configuration

3. Tick the check boxes against
Enable all logs
and
Enable remote logging
