If you encounter:
To fix the issue:
Sensor LED
Steady red LED from the Sensor
Perform a Sensor reset.
If the Sensor shows a red LED after reset, a
replacement sensor may be needed. Contact the
Customer Care Service Center.
Hub LED
The Hub “Connectivity” LED is solid Amber
Hub-to-Sensor or Hub-to-ProGuardian App
communication is disrupted. From the Home
Screen, select “System Status” and view the status
bar to determine source of the connection issue.
To resolve an issue with Sensor to Hub
connectivity, refer to troubleshooting for “Sensor
Communication” listed above.
To resolve an issue with Hub to ProGuardian App
connectivity, refer to troubleshooting for
“ProGuardian App Communication” listed above.
The Hub “Connectivity” LED is flashing Amber
This indicates that System setup has not been
completed, or that the System has been Paused
(temporarily not monitoring seizures).
Refer to sections 7.1and 7.2 to complete
setup and begin using your System
To resume your System from a previous
Pause, follow the directions provided in
Section9.1
