MANUAL BYPASS SWITCH OPERATION
This operation allows qualified personnel to use Manual Bypass Switch for routine maintenance or replacement without disrupting power to connected
equipment.
Turn the “Manual Bypass Switch“ to “Bypass“
Step 1: Remove the Interlock Cover
Loosen the four screws and remove the Interlock Cover.
Step 2: Check the UPS auto transfer to Manual Bypass
After Remove the Interlock Cover, the UPS will auto transfer to Manual
Bypass. Check that the LCD screen shows

Step 3: Turn the “Manual Bypass Switch“ to “Bypass“
Step 4: Press “ON/OFF“ button to turn off UPS
The UPS shutdown safely and it can perform routine maintenance or
replacement now.
Turn the “Manual Bypass Switch“ to “Normal“
Step 1: Press “ON/OFF“ button to turn on UPS in “Manual Bypass”
Step 2: Turn the “Manual Bypass Switch“ to “Normal“
Step 3: Put the Interlock Cover back
Tighten the four screws and put the Interlock Cover back.
Step 4: Check the UPS auto transfer to Line Mode
After Put the Interlock Cover back, the UPS will auto transfer to Line Mode.
Check that the LCD screen shows

Do not remove the Interlock Cover when the LCD screen

when hearing a warning
beep from the UPS.
