4.2.1
Integrating Users in a Group
The
Available users
list displays all users registered in the system. The
Available groups
list displays all groups already created.
You can select single persons as well as defined groups as group members. If a person
is integrated in the members list several times this way, messages are nevertheless dis-
tributed to this member only once.
The lists always offer only 50 entries at the same time for selection.
1. If required you can select another sorting from the
Sort by
field for the lists and
click the
Sort
button to update sorting.
2. Enable the
Show next user
button to display further entries in the list.
3. Press the
Back to begin
button to reload the first 50 entries.
4. If you are looking for a certain name, enter it in the
Search user
field and click the
Search
button.
5. In the
Available users
field select a user desired for the group.
6. Enable the
<<
button to integrate the selected user in the group.
7. Integrate further users or groups in the same manner.
8. Under
Alternative addresses
select further, external addresses for the group (e.g. e-
mail addresses) and click the
<<
button to integrate these in the group.
9. Finally press the
Back
button to return to the Distribution Group tab.
