Press 1 for (user name 1)
2 for (user name 2)
3 for (user name 3)
...
Press the number key corresponding to the user number.
After the beep, leave a message (up to 60 seconds) by talking to the
keypad, and press any key to end. The red MIC indicator comes on while
Comfort is recording your message. The Message indicator (marked
MSG on the keypad) should light up steady when a new message is
available. Just press the # key to hear who has a new message.
Comfort will announce
New Message for .. Mailbox number 1 (or user name)
If you record a name for the mailbox, then the name will be announced
in the above sentence (e.g. “New Message for David”) instead of the
mailbox number.
To retrieve the message, just enter your code followed by the # key.
Comfort automatically plays any new messages in your mailbox.
Up to 8 mailboxes can be set up corresponding to users 1 to 8. If there is
more than 1 mailbox, you can leave memo messages in any mailbox.
If you assign a telephone to your mailbox, Comfort will forward the new
message to the programmed telephone.
User Names for Mailboxes
Incoming callers are able to record messages into any mailbox which has
a user name recorded. For example, User 1 is “Jim”, User 2 I is ”Jane”,
User 3 is “Timmy”, User 4 is “Joan”, an incoming caller would hear first
the greeting message followed by a choice of users,

We can’t come to the phone, please leave us a message and
we will call you back...
Press 1 for Jim
2 for Jane
3 for Timmy
4 for Joan
If there are no User names, the caller will only hear the Greeting
message, and will not be asked to select the user names.
