Hear Reminder Message (2,5,4,2)
Comfort plays back the current message or the one you have just
recorded.
Erase Reminder Message (2,5,4,3)
Erases the recorded reminder message. If no message is recorded, the
Reminder message will not be activated at the programmed times.
User Number (2,5,5)
Each Reminder may be assigned to a mailbox to be delivered to a specific
person instead of a general reminder for anyone. Furthermore, if the
Mailbox is assigned to one of the programmed phones 1 to 8 (using
Menu 2,6,7) , the Reminder message is forwarded to the programmed
phone. This means that you can be reminded of any appointment
wherever you are, with a cellular phone.
No User
Press 0 for No User
1 for (Mailbox 1 name)
2 for (Mailbox 2 name)
Press 0 for No user or any of the keys (without #) to select one of the
programmed mailboxes to assign this Reminder. If No user is selected,
the reminder message will not be for any particular user, and will ring
the Keypad at the programmed time.
Answering Machine (2,6)
Press 2 to record User name
3 to hear User name
4 to record Greeting Message
5 to Hear Greeting Message
6 for Call Monitoring
7 for Phone Settings
8 to Erase Name
Record User Name (2,6,2)
Use this menu to record your name for your mailbox. The name is used
by Comfort in the Call Answering Menu to let the caller select the person
for whom the message is meant.
