Priming
Introduction
Before a run is started using a Chromaflow Packing Station, the packing station and
connected column must be primed.
Various procedures are available for priming your Chromaflow Packing Station and the
connected column. For more information about column priming, refer to the user
documentation for your column.
If further instructions are needed, please contact your local Cytiva representative.
