The instructions in this section describe how to clean a Chromaflow Packing Station
without a connected column.
In this procedure, the
PACKING BUFFER tank is denoted vessel B, and the SLURRY
tank is denoted vessel
C.

Connect a piece of flexible tubing (
A) from SIT to the COLLECTION tank, or
direct it to waste.

Connect a piece of flexible tubing from
SIB to SOB.

D to the COLLECTION tank, or direct
it to waste.

Connect a piece of flexible tubing from
B to vessel B.
