Flushing the flow path
Note:

rinsing. The illustration shows flow from vessel
C to SIT, shown by the green
indicators.

Prepare at least 50 to 100 liters of WFI or similar rinsing buffer in vessel
C.

Open inlet
C and outlet SIT.

Start the pump at max 50% speed and flush the
SIT line, removing any
residual resin particles. Use about 25 to 50 liters.

Open outlet
SIB to flush the SIB line. Use about 25 to 50 liters.
Result:
Rinsing buffer will flush the
SIB line including the unpacking pump, removing
any residual resin particles.
