Prepare at least 50 to 100 liters of CIP buffer, 1 M NaOH is recommended, in
both vessel
B and vessel C.

Open inlet
B and outlet SIT.

Start the pump at max 50% speed and flush the
SIT line with CIP buffer. Use
about 25 to 50 liters.

Open outlet
SIB to flush the SIB line with CIP buffer. Use about 25 to 50
liters.
Result:
CIP buffer will flush the
SIB line including the unpacking pump.

Open inlet
C and stop the pump when vessel C is empty.

Leave the packing station in contact with CIP buffer for 1 to 2 hours.
