Preparation for storage
Note:
The arrows in the illustration show all possible flow paths used during
storage preparation. The illustration shows flow from vessel
C to SIT, shown
by the green indicators.

Action

Prepare at least 50 liters of storage buffer in both vessel
C and vessel B.

Open inlet
C and outlet SIT.

Start the pump at max 50% speed and flush the
SIT line with storage buffer.
Use about 10 to 20 liters.

Open outlet
SIB to flush the SIB line with storage buffer. Use about 10 to 20
liters.
Result:
Storage buffer will flush the
SIB line including the unpacking pump.

Open inlet
B and stop the pump when vessel B is empty.

Close packing station inlet and outlet valves and remove all tubing.

Use blind caps to seal off all TC-connections on the packing station. Now the
packing station is ready for storage according the recommended conditions
in the provided documentation.
