Chemical resistance
Introduction
This list covers chemical resistance for Chromaflow Packing Station.
It should be noted that the effects of a chemical will be more severe at higher tempera-
tures and pressures and that combined effects have not been taken into consideration.
In general, the use of the following chemicals should be avoided:
•
Powerful oxidizers (such as peroxides)
•
Fluorine and halenogenated compounds
•
Chlorinated solvents (such as methylene chloride)
•
Esters
•
Aromatic hydrocarbons (such as toluene)
•
High concentrations of strong acids
List of allowed chemicals
WARNING
Non-flammable conditions. Some of the chemicals used with the
product may be flammable under certain conditions. Make sure to
use chemicals only under conditions where they are not flam-
mable. Refer to local and national classifications of flammable
liquids.
WARNING
Do not use chemicals at temperatures above the specified limits.
