that the title is part of your library:

. If the title is present in the full catalogue but
not in your local library, you might have an issue with your internet connection or your account.
Step 5: In some cases, you may experience haptic interruptions while watching a movie. This could be verified
from the HaptiSync app. If it switches from Audio Source Detected to Silence Detected continuously,
the audio sound may be not loud enough to be captured by the integrated microphone. Loud ambient
sound could also prevent the system from working properly:
NOTE: Non-original versions (such as foreign languages) may take significantly longer for the HaptiSync Hub
to recognize. Increasing the Recognition Tolerance value may help to solve this issue:
Step 6: In the case that the content is recognized but there is no movement from the Haptic Module, see
section 10.1 for troubleshooting steps.
