Switch.
Section 3, Connecting the Switch
– Tells how you can connect the Switch to your
Ethernet/Fast Ethernet network.
Section 4, Introduction to Switch Management
– Talks about Local Console
Management via the RS-232 DCE console port and other aspects about how to manage
the Switch.
Section 5, Basic Switch Configuration
– A detailed discussion about configuring some
of the basic functions of the switch, including accessing the Switch information, using the
Switch’s utilities and setting up network configurations.
