config router_ports
Description
This command allows you to designate a
range of ports as being connected to
multicast-enabled routers. This will ensure
that all packets with such a router as its
destination will reach the multicast-enabled
router

regardless of protocol, etc.
Parameters
<vlan_name 32>
−
The name of the VLAN on
which the router port resides.
<portlist>
−
Specifies a range of ports to be
configured. Ports are specified by entering
the lowest port number in a group, and then
the highest port number in a group,
separated by a dash. So, a port group
including the switch ports 1, 2, and 3 would
be entered as 1-3. Ports that are not
contained within a group are specified by
entering their port number, separated by a
comma. So, the port group 1-3 and port 26
would be entered as 1-3, 26. Additional
ports can be individually entered by their
port number, separated by commas.
Restrictions
Only administrator-level users can issue
this command.
