config arp_aging
Description
This command sets the maximum amount
of time, in minutes, that a ARP entry can
remain in the switch’s ARP table, without
being accessed, before it is dropped from
the table.
Parameters
time <min 0-65535>

The ARP age-out
time, in minutes. The default is 20.
Restrictions
Only administrator-level users can issue
this command.
Example Usage:
To configure ARP aging time:
DGS-3224TGR:4#config arp_aging time 30
Command: config arp_aging time 30
Success.
DGS-3224TGR:4#
show arpentry
Purpose
Used to display the ARP table.
Syntax
show arpentry {ipif
<ipif_name>|ipaddress
<network_address>|static}
Description
This command is used to display the
current contents of the switch’s ARP table
