config 802.1p default_priority
Purpose
Used to configure the 802.1p default priority
settings on the switch. If an untagged
packet is received by the switch, the priority
configured with this command will be
written to the packet’s priority field.
Syntax
config 802.1p default_priority
[<portlist>|all] <priority 0-7>
Description
This command allows you to specify default
priority handling of untagged packets
received by the switch. The priority value
entered with this command will be used to
determine which of the eight hardware
priority queues the packet is forwarded to.
Parameters
<portlist>

Specifies a range of ports that
will belong to the link aggregation group.
That is, a range of ports for which all
untagged packets received will be assigned
the priority specified below. The beginning
and end of the port list range are seperated
by a dash. For example, 3 would specify
port 3. 4 specifies port 4. 1-4 specifies all of
the ports between port 1 and port 4

to assign to untagged packets received by
the switch or a range of ports on the switch.
