tab to change IPv6 address of the router and configure IPv6 addresses assignment
settings.

Mode of local IP
address assignment
Select the needed value from the drop-down list.

Static
: An IPv6 address and a prefix are specified manually.
•
Prefix delegation
: The router requests a prefix to
configure an IPv6 address from a delegating router.
IPv6 address
The IPv6 address of the router in the local subnet with a decimal
value of the prefix length. By default, the following value is
specified:
fd01::1/64
. The field is available for editing if the

value is selected from the
Mode of local IPv6 address
assignment
drop-down list.
Gateway IPv6 address
Available if the
Access point
,
Repeater
, or
Client
mode was
selected in the Initial Configuration Wizard.
The gateway IPv6 address which is used by the router to connect to
the Internet (e.g., for synchronizing the system time with an NTP
server).
