Example usage:
To configure DHCP relay option 82 check:
DES-6500:4#config dhcp_relay option_82 check enable
Command: config dhcp_relay option_82 check enable

config dhcp_relay option_82 policy
Purpose
Used to configure the forwarding policy of relay agent information option 82
of the switch.
Syntax
config dhcp_relay option_82 policy [replace | drop | keep]
Description
This command is used to configure the forwarding policy of DHCP relay
agent information option 82 of the switch.
Parameters
replace
- The option 82 field will be replaced if the option 82 field already
exists in the packet received from the DHCP client.
drop
- The packet will be dropped if the option 82 field already exists in the
packet received from the DHCP client.
keep
- The option 82 field will be retained if the option 82 field already
exists in the packet received from the DHCP client.
Restrictions Only
administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To configure DHCP relay option 82 policy:
DES-6500:4#config dhcp_relay option_82 policy replace
Command: config dhcp_relay option_82 policy replace
Success.

show dhcp_relay
Purpose
Used to display the current DHCP/BOOTP relay configuration.
Syntax
show dhcp_relay {ipif <ipif_name 12>}
Description
This command will display the current DHCP relay configuration for the
Switch, or if an IP interface name is specified, the DHCP relay configuration
for that IP interface.
Parameters
ipif <ipif_name 12>
The name of the IP interface for which to display the
current DHCP relay configuration.
Restrictions None.
