Purpose
Used to add route redistribution settings for the exchange of OSPF
routes to RIP routes on the switch.
Syntax
create route redistribute dst rip src {local | internal | external |
extType1 | extType2 | inter+e1 | inter+e2}] {metric <value 0-16>}
Description
This command will redistribute routing information between the
OSPF and Rip routing protocols to all routers on the network that
are running OSPF or RIP. Routing information entered into the
Static Routing Table on the local DGS-3324SRi switch is also
redistributed

Allows the selection of the protocol of the source device.
metric <value 0-16>

Allows the entry of an OSPF interface cost.
this is analogous to a HOP Count in the RIP routing protocol.
