show snmp groups
Purpose
Used to display the group-names of SNMP groups currently configured
on the switch. The security model, level, and status of each group are
also displayed.
Syntax
show snmp groups
Description
The
show snmp groups
command displays the group-names of SNMP
groups currently configured on the switch. The security model, level,
and status of each group are also displayed.
Parameters None.
Restrictions Only
administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To display the currently configured SNMP groups on the switch:
DES-6500:4#show snmp groups

Purpose
Used to create a recipient of SNMP traps generated by the switch’s
SNMP agent.

[noauth_nopriv|auth_nopriv|auth_priv]] <auth_string 32>
