8 – 11/4” Nails
4 – 3/4” Nails (to attach wedge)
1. Nail the side rails to the Bottom Boards using
the 21/4” nails.
2. Nail the Top Cleat to the top of the Bottom
Board using the 11/4” nails.
3. Nail the Bottom Cleat to the bottom of the
Bottom Board using the 3/4” nails.
(See figure 5 for assembling Bottom Board.)

1. Assemble Frame using two 11/4” nails in each
corner.
2. Insert Foundation (sold separately) into slot in
Bottom Bar.
3. Place wedge at top of foundation and nail to
top bar.
