Manual Grease Lubrication
Apply appropriate amount of oil to the
check points using a grease pump
after every 4,000km.
■

Automatic Lubrication Device(OPTION)
Grease is applied automatically and
periodically at set times on to the
check points by the automatic control
system in vehicles equipped with the
automatic lubrication device.
The automatic greaser warning lamp
turns on for 3 seconds when the
battery main switch is in the
“
ON
”
position, and it turns off when the
engine starts.
The indication is on when automatic
grease feeding device is operational. It
will be constantly on if the device
malfunctions.
Lubrication is automatically applied to
each point through the activation of the
pump at set times of the controller. The
interval time cycle is continuously
repeated upon every operation of the
battery main switch, and the interval
time is not accumulated when the main
switch turned
“
OFF
”
.
CAUTION
·
Feed recommended grease after
thoroughly cleaning the grease
nipple.
·
Be careful not to spill the grease on
the floor.
·
Clean smeared grease off the
wiring and vehicle body after
refilling.
WARNING
Turn the start-up isolation switch
located engine room power off when
greasing propeller shaft, engine idle
pulley and other spinning parts.

REFERENCE
·
Even though a vehicle may be
equipped with the automatic
lubrication device, grease is not
applied to some parts depending on
the device
’
s model. Therefore,
grease must be manually applied
every 40,000km.
·
Manual Lubrication Points : Rotating
points such as the propeller shaft and
the engine idle pulley.

highly recommended.
