Auto Cruise Function
This function allows the vehicle to
maintain a driver set speed.
Operating Process
Speed range for cruise control :
40~100 km/h.
Step on acceleration while the
Cruiser Switch is
“
ON
”
. If you reach
desired speed.
Press Idle Control Switch upward or
donward.
While on Cruiser mode, pressing Idle
Control Switch upward will increase
the speed and downward will
decrease the speed.
Pressing the Cruise Switch once
results in increase or decrease of 1
step in speed, and holding them
results in continuous increase or
decrease of speed.
Releasing Cruise Control
Press the Cruise Switch
“
OFF
”
.
Automatic Releasing Cruise Control
Upon a fault in cruise control related
switches.
Upon application of a fault in the
brake pedal.
Upon application of the clutch pedal.
Upon activation of the Jake/Exhaust
brake.
Upon opening of a door.
When the vehicle
’
s speed is below
40 km/h.
Upon a fault in the vehicle speed
sensor.
When the number of engine rotation
is greater than that of high idle
rotation.
When the gear is too low.
upon sudden acceleration/deceleration.
When gear shifting is necessary to
go up a hill.

Upon application of the accelerator
pedal during cruise operation, the
cruise function is temporarily released.
The cruise operation function is
resumed when the vehicle
’
s speed
decreases from the acceleration to
the previously set cruise speed.
After the cruise control has been
released, pressing the Resume
Switch at a speed over 40 km/h
results in a cruise control at the
finally set speed.
After pressing the Cruise switch
“
OFF
”
, if the cruise speed is not
reset, the Save / Return Switch does
not activate the system.
